palletizer manufacturers

Layer Palletizer Sourcing coordinates palletizer manufacturers on one comparable RFQ. Buyers send case size, layer pattern, quantity and destination. We ask factories to restate the same infeed height, layer-transfer method and inclusion list so tooling, installation, shipping and commissioning can be compared. This service does not manufacture palletizers and does not attach another company’s certificate to this site.

Service stage and responsibilities

Delivery scope

Delivery scope: Sample run

Assumptions every palletizer manufacturers quote should repeat: case LxWxH, mass range, fill level, layer drawing, layer count, overhang, slip sheets, infeed height, pallet-discharge direction, quantity, destination and delivery window. Ask how unstable or partly filled cases will be tested during layer transfer, including apron or stripper motion, not only a short empty-machine cycle. If a public high-level example such as a bi-parting apron is used as a question, the reply must still name the actual transfer device on that offer.

Site readiness

Ask which layer-support plates, pallet magazines and sheet inserters are supplied versus remaining buyer equipment. Installation labour, shipping mass, training hours, FAT witness points and commissioning travel stay as named lines. Software licences for pattern recipes, if offered, should not be implied by a brochure feature list. Three-phase connected load in kW, supply frequency in Hz and compressed air in bar belong on the same sheet as the footprint in millimetres.

Owner acceptance

Run the lightest and most unstable cases in the trial, then inspect stack alignment after a full empty-pallet change. If downstream wrapping is quoted, confirm that it is a separate line and that SAT still sits on the purchase contract. Layer Palletizer Sourcing can keep the checklist aligned; the buyer still names who signs SAT.

Single-machine versus integrated-line scope is a real trade-off: a layer palletizer can be quoted without a stretch wrapper, yet the end-of-line target still depends on pallet discharge and wrapping ownership. Nominal speed versus validated output is the second trade-off: bags/h published on a bag-model page is not evidence for a case pattern. Machine price versus installed project cost is the third: tooling, shipping, utilities, installation and spare parts change the comparable total. Read capacity against the actual package and pallet-supply interfaces before you treat any manufacturer list as ranked.
