Independent procurement coordination
Layer Palletizer Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner for conventional layer palletizer procurement. We translate case size, layer pattern, infeed height and destination into comparable factory wholesale quotes. We do not manufacture palletizers, do not hold factory stock, and do not publish founding years, annual output or customer counts because this service has no audited heritage file to cite.
Independent sourcing means manufacturing claims, CE or UL files, ISO certificates and FAT protocols belong to the named supplier and the named model. This website does not reuse another company’s certificate as its own credential, and it does not publish a discount percentage without comparable quotations.
Named factories confirm how cases are oriented into the approved layer pattern and how unstable or partly filled cases will be transferred. They restate infeed height, forming method and the trial cases they actually ran. Published bag-model rates stay labelled as another duty.
Suppliers name connected load in kW, supply frequency in Hz, compressed-air demand, footprint and PLC interface against the plant facts the buyer provided. Installation travel, guarding and mezzanine steel stay off this site’s books until a named reply includes them.
Suppliers document stack alignment and case condition after a full pallet change. Layer Palletizer Sourcing can keep those questions aligned across bidders. Signing SAT, paying freight and owning spare layer plates remain contract points between the buyer and the chosen factory.
Buyers still supply package samples, quantity, destination and the SAT criteria they will sign. Coordinator work is limited to circulating the same questions and collecting replies. Certificates, FAT protocols and CE files remain supplier documents for the named model; this service does not convert them into a site-wide compliance statement. If a factory later offers a robotic cell, that offer belongs on a different brief so the conventional layer scope stays comparable.
